Overview

I partner with small and mid-size business executives who have powerful ideas but limited time, capacity, or infrastructure to execute them. As a Fractional Project Manager and Strategic Execution Partner, I help leaders move from vision to implementation by designing, organizing, and managing projects across the full business year—Quarter 1 through Quarter 4.

I provide structured planning, accountability, team coordination, and results-driven project oversight so executives can stay in their zone of genius while knowing initiatives are moving forward with excellence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Translate executive ideas and strategic visions into actionable project plans

  • Develop quarter-by-quarter project roadmaps aligned to business goals and revenue targets

  • Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across operations, marketing, client delivery, events, programs, and product launches

  • Coordinate communication between internal team members and external vendors

  • Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing status meetings

  • Track progress and remove barriers to execution

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Create systems, workflows, and processes to sustain growth

  • Provide executive decision support through data-informed recommendations

  • Develop quarterly review reports and next-quarter action plans
